Go green-easily e-mail customized invitations (pdf format) to your customers and anyone else you'd like to see at the convention. Your invitation with your company name and booth number will help guide attendees directly to your booth.

Annual Convention Logo Art*
You can use the 93rd Annual Convention logo in your advertising, mailings, and any other communications you send to potential show attendees. A digital file of the logo will be sent to you via e-mail.

Program Directory Listing**
The TMBA's 93rd Annual Convention Program will feature individual listings for all show exhibitors. Your listing will include booth number, company name, address, phone and fax numbers, website, and e-mail address.

**It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide all contact information to TMBA by April 1st.

Basic Website Listing & eBlast Promotions
TMBA displays all exhibitor names on the Convention webpage for thousands of viewers to see. We also send Convention emails with a listing of all exhibitors and sponsors to more than 1300 participants of our online professional network.

Electronic Mailing List* (names & addresses)
Communicate directly with previous attendees. This offers you a great opportunity to generate interest in your company's products/services before attendees even arrive at Annual Convention.

TMBA Newsletter, Mortgage Roundup" Featured Products Listing**
Make sure your customers know in advance what's new at your booth. Published in a special section in the March | April issue, each quarter-page Featured Product Placement includes a full-color product shot, up to 75 words of text, including contact information, and your company logo.

**It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide all ad content to TMBA by April 1st.

Convention Social Events in Exhibit Area
TMBA encourages attendees to visit exhibitors by hosting several events throughout the Convention located in the exhibit hall. These include: Monday night Opening Reception, Tuesday morning breakfast, refreshment breaks, Cocktail Reception and Closing Reception.
