    Saba has over seven years of experience in public accounting serving a wide variety of client industries Her focus is on the mortgage banking industry. Saba attends and has participated in various mortgage industry conferences, leadership programs, and webinars focused on mortgage accounting matters hosted by the Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA), and the Austin Mortgage Bankers Association (AMBA). She is well versed in related mortgage compliance rules and regulations. Her specialization in mortgage accounting allows her to provide insight and guidance to clients to make confident decisions. Saba is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she received her Master of Science in accounting.

    Sarah CafazzaSarah A Cafazza

    Relationship Manager, Comerica Bank, Warehouse team

    Sarah Cafazza is a Relationship Manager on Comerica Bank’s Mortgage Warehouse team. Based out of the bank’s headquarters in Dallas, she handles the Texas portfolio. As a relationship manager, Sarah interacts directly with clients to maximize their banking relationship, while managing credit risk. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a BSBA degree emphasizing specifically in Finance and Banking. Sarah started her career at Comerica Bank in 2017 in the bank’s Credit Training Program, before joining the Mortgage Warehouse team in 2019. She is a board member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and has served as the Young Mortgage Bankers committee chair since 2020. Outside of work, Sarah can be found practicing yoga, attempting a new recipe, or planning her next vacation.

    Audrey Fuller joined DHI Financial Services (DHIFS) over 27 years ago, and throughout her career has served in both Operational and Branch leadership roles. In her current role as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, Audrey provides strategic direction to ensure that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) are anchored at the heart of the organization. Audrey’s commitment to ensuring that all DHIFS teammates feel supported and connected involves creating and sustaining platforms designed to promote professional development, as well as to encourage team engagement. Audrey’s focus on developing and implementing company-wide DEI training continues to bring awareness to the importance of having an equitable and inclusive culture which reinforces a true sense of acceptance and belonging for all DHIFS teammates. In tandem with serving in her DEI role, Audrey leads the Customer Care Department, and she and her team provide support to internal and external partners to enhance and improve the overall customer experience. In addition to Audrey’s involvement in the DHIFS Women in Leadership council and Mortgage and Title Leadership councils, Audrey is an active member of various industry and trade organizations which include the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA), the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the Texas Association of African American Chamber of Commerce (TAAAC), Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and Texas Women’s Mortgage Bankers Associations (TMBA/TWBA). Audrey enjoys spending time with her family and in her free time, she is a certified yoga instructor and meditation facilitator, and she also writes poetry and short stories.

    Refunds | Substitutions

    CANCELLATION POLICY | A full refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received on or before October 14, 2022. A $50 administration fee per registration will be assessed if written cancellation is received after October 14, 2022, and on or before October 28, 2022. No refund will be made for cancellations after October 28, 2022. Advanced event guarantees necessitate this policy. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute - requests should be made in writing before October 28, 2022. Request made after October 28, 2022, will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
