Jordan HigginsJordan Higgins

Founder, Elysian Fields Yoga

Meet Jordan, a passionate yoga teacher and entrepreneur who delights in spreading the practice of yoga to people all around the world.

Jordan strongly believes in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices in her classes, making them a holistic experience for her students. Her warm, supportive and fun teaching style has earned her a loyal following, and she is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and deepen her practice to better serve her students. Jordan started her career in fintech and secondary market sales for the residential mortgage business. While this career path was rewarding, it was also very demanding. During her corporate career, yoga and meditation provided Jordan with better ways to cultivate a work / life balance. Through yoga, she was able to set aside her stress and simply focus on breathing and moving her body in ways that felt good. In 2020, she began to look for ways to deepen her practice and was drawn to her first 200 hour teacher training. In the fall of 2022, after 15 years of corporate life, Jordan decided it was time to take a chance and change direction. She completed an additional 300 hours of training to become 500 hour certified and starting teaching classes in her community. Along with her love for yoga, Jordan has also been driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, which led her to start Elysian Fields Yoga. Our corporate wellness programs promote employee satisfaction, work-life balance, and team building. We offer curated experiences in various styles, on location and remote, always with added delightful elements. Our immersive events cater to all fitness levels, leaving your team rejuvenated and empowered.
