DEI (Diversty Equity & Inclusion) Committee  

DEI COMMITTEE. The DEI Committee was developed to support TMBA’s steadfast commitment to promoting and fostering a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization’s membership and constituency.
PURPOSE:

• The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (“DEI Committee”) will guide and hold the institution accountable on matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide input on policies and procedures to address diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
• Serve as communication conduits to the Board of Directors (“the Board”), as well as across the organization by helping to develop the tone of internal messaging surrounding DEI.
